Lipomodelling or Lipofilling
Lipomodelling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves transferring fat from one part of the body to another. Often used in breast reconstruction or enhancement, it offers a natural alternative to implants and can also be used to refine chest contours in transmasculine individuals following mastectomy.
The procedure is performed in two stages:
1. Fat Harvesting (Liposuction): Fat is gently removed from areas such as the buttocks, thighs, abdomen, or hips using fine cannulas.
2. Fat Processing and Injection: The harvested fat is purified and then injected into the breasts or chest area using fine needles to sculpt and enhance volume and shape.
